Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Business School / Gap Year Internship.
• Previous internship experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Conduct competitive product benchmarking, category mapping, and trend research to support new product concept creation.
• Participate in end-to-end development of new Home, Bath & Body products, from ideation to industrialization.
• Prepare creative briefs and manage mock-ups with internal teams and external agencies.
• Coordinate packaging development processes with suppliers and operations teams.
• Support formula development with fragrance house, tracking submissions and consolidating feedback.
• Assist in drafting product specifications and regulatory/production documents.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines for launches, photoshoots, and retailer presentations.
• Oversee sample management and preparation for reviews, meetings, shoots and events.
• Update and maintain existing product collections with accurate information.
