Estée Lauder Companies in Paris is seeking a motivated intern to support the Product Development and Product Marketing teams. You will assist in end-to-end development of Home, Bath & Body products, prepare briefs, coordinate packaging processes, and monitor timelines.

This internship requires fluent English, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will collaborate across R&D, Packaging, Procurement, Marketing, and Sales to help bring new launches to market while

Qualifications

• Student enrolled in Business School or gap year internship.
• Previous internship in the beauty industry is a plus.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to support workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams (R&D, Packaging, Procurement, Marketing).
• Interest in beauty, product innovation, and consumer trends.

Responsabilités

• Conduct competitive product benchmarking, category mapping, and trend research to support new product concept creation.
• Participate in end-to-end development of new Home, Bath & Body products from ideation to industrialization.
• Prepare creative briefs and manage mock-ups with internal teams and external agencies.
• Coordinate packaging development processes in partnership with suppliers and operations teams.
• Support formula development with fragrance house, tracking submissions and organizing evaluations.
• Assist in drafting product specifications and regulatory/production documents.
• Monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines for launches and retailer presentations.
• Oversee sample management and information updates for existing collections.
• Support cross-functional communication with Marketing, Procurement, R&D, Packaging, and Supply Chain.
