Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program in business school, engineering school, or university.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Market Intelligence: perform in-depth prestige beauty market research and competitive analysis.
• Market Intelligence: gather, analyze, and synthesize market and competitor data for strategic monitoring.
• Business Management: support development and implementation of strategies to drive growth and improve market position.
• Business Management: evaluate financial data and identify areas for improvement and scenarios for financial enhancement.
• Corporate Strategy: assist in formulation and revision of regional strategic plans across Affiliates, Brands and Channels.
• Strategy Development: participate in strategic planning and manage execution of projects to time and scope.
