Job summary

CWG is seeking an Operations & Registrar to manage packing, shipping, and installation of artworks from studios to galleries, fairs, and private clients. You will coordinate shipments, inventory, and condition reporting, ensuring a luxury-standard delivery experience across global operations.

Working closely with the Global Head of Logistics, Fairs & Exhibitions, you will improve processes, manage Sage X3 records, and contribute to inventory accuracy and post-sale support.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating end-to-end art logistics and installations.
• Knowledge of customs documentation for artworks (temporary imports/exports, carnets ATA).
• Experience with inventory management and condition reporting in a luxury-grade operation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee safe packing, transport, and installation of artworks.
• Coordinate shipments domestically and internationally with galleries, studios, and clients.
• Maintain accurate shipping records, inventory logs, and condition reports.
