Carpenters Workshop Gallery is seeking an Operations & Registrar based in Mitry‑Mory to manage the end‑to‑end logistics of artworks for gallery exhibitions, fairs, and private deliveries. The role covers packing, transport, installation and post‑delivery follow‑up, working closely with the Global Head of Logistics, Fairs & Exhibitions.

Key responsibilities include coordinating shipments both domestically and internationally, maintaining accurate shipping records, and contributing to SOP

Qualificações

• Experience in luxury art logistics is advantageous.
• Strong coordination and cross‑functional communication skills.
• Attention to detail in packing, shipping, and installation processes.

Responsabilidades

• Organise safe packing and transport of artworks, coordinating shipments and installations to and from galleries, studios, clients and fair venues domestically and internationally.
• Maintain accurate shipping records, inventory notes, condition reports and installation instructions across CWG databases.
• Liaise with transport suppliers, crating workshops and installation teams to ensure timely, damage‑free operations.
• Contribute to developing SOPs for shipping, packing, installation and condition reporting.
