Job summary

ElevenLabs is expanding globally and seeks a Proposal Manager to own strategic pursuits in your region from qualification through submission, coordinating input from sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security to craft compelling, compliant responses for complex enterprise bids.

You will operate in an AI-first, low-friction workflow, focusing on positioning, differentiation, and quality. If you enjoy building templates and improving content with each bid, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Track record managing complex enterprise RFPs or bid responses end-to-end.
• Experience in technology companies preferred.
• Fluent with AI-enabled proposal workflows and automation.
• Excellent writing and editing of technical and commercial content.
• Strong project management across teams, reviews, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification through submission of enterprise bids using an AI-first system.
• Coordinate input from sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security across time zones.
• Shape response strategy, positioning, differentiation and content quality.
• Develop templates and content from repeated bid learnings to improve processes.
• Ensure on-time, high-quality submissions and compliance checks.
