Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Gap-year or end-of-studies intern in Paris to support 360° marketing and product marketing initiatives for Kilian Paris. You will help design campaigns, coordinate shoots, and analyze launches across markets, with emphasis on competitive insights and brand alignment.

The role requires fluent English, strong writing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; prior beauty industry experience is a plus.

• Assist in designing 360° campaigns including big idea and go-to-market strategy.
• Support campaign shoot preparations and coordinate with local/creative teams.
• Consolidate reports and analyze activations and product launches across markets.
• Conduct competitive research to inform activation recommendations aligned with brand DNA.
• Perform product analyses and track sell-in/sell-out of launches and animations.
