Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an intern to join the Global Consumer Engagement team in Kilian Paris, working across PR & Events and Social, Digital & Influence projects.

You will participate in press release development, translations, press reviews, influencer brief creation, content benchmarking, and market feedback coordination, while staying fluent in French and English and organized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• First internship in operational consumer engagement is preferred.
• Fluent in French and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Rigorous, organized, dynamic and proactive with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• PR & EVENTS: Participate in development of press releases (translations, layout, publication on DAM).
• PR & EVENTS: Create worldwide press reviews and manage press material requests.
• SOCIAL, DIGITAL & INFLUENCE: Create briefs and contact with influencers; track content and market feedback.
