Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Stage/Internship – Global International Retail & Education Assistant for Kilian Paris and Éditions de Parfums Frédéric Malle in Paris. You will support global retail and education initiatives, coordinating with regional teams and contributing to training content, VM coordination, and retailer presentations.

The role requires end-of-studies or gap-year internship (Bac +4/5), fluency in English (French is a strong plus), and a keen interest in luxury

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French is a strong plus.
• Previous experience in retail, education, or customer-facing environment is a plus.
• Structured, organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical and synthesis skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and deployment of global retail tools and guidelines.
• Create and distribute Retail Packages for campaign rollouts across regions.
• Assist in education tools content and LMS content management.
• Coordinate with regional teams for VM and education projects.
• Prepare presentations for regional teams and retail partners.
