Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Gap-year or end-of-studies intern in Paris to support 360° marketing and product marketing initiatives for Kilian Paris. You will help design campaigns, coordinate shoots, and analyze launches across markets, with emphasis on competitive insights and brand alignment.
The role requires fluent English, strong writing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; prior beauty industry experience is a plus.

Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager for Kilian Paris, the main tasks of this internship are as follows:
Gap-year or End of studies internship – business school NOT mandatory
Fluency in English is mandatory with strong writing skills and a proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Previous internship experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
