Brevo in Paris is seeking a Customer Experience Representative who will handle daily client tickets by email and phone, ensure timely and precise responses, and help retain customers in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You will collaborate with the tech team to identify bugs, learn our platform and email marketing tools, and adapt quickly to a fun, remote-friendly office culture in a multilingual, international team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German (mandatory).
• At least a first experience in customer management focused on retention.
• Experience in Customer Success, Customer Service or Customer Support.
• Familiarity with email marketing is a plus.
• Ability to fit into a fun, relaxed office culture.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily client tickets via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure clients’ questions and problems are addressed properly and promptly.
• Handle challenging customers and escalate issues when needed.
• Report, analyze and resolve system and operational issues affecting clients.
• Grow client relations and collaborate with the tech team to identify bugs.
• Master emailing best practices and our platform/tools for customers.
• Develop understanding of technical aspects related to email marketing and Brevo API.
