Brevo is seeking a Spanish-native Customer Experience Representative to support clients via email and phone, primarily in a Monday-Friday shift. You will resolve inquiries, collaborate with the tech team, and help optimize customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish is required.
• Experience in customer experience/success/support.
• First experience in customer management focused on retention.
• SaaS experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of email marketing and Brevo tools (API) is helpful.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and resolve daily client tickets via email and phone.
• Ensure client questions are addressed timely and properly.
• Escalate complex issues beyond the department when needed.
• Report, analyze and resolve system/operational issues impacting clients.
• Grow client relations and collaborate with tech team to identify bugs.
• Master emailing best practices and platform tools for clients.
