Brevo is seeking a French-native Customer Experience Representative to join its Customer Experience Team in Paris. You will primarily respond to client inquiries by email and phone, helping businesses optimize their email and marketing efforts.

You’ll work in a friendly, remote-friendly office culture with benefits and strong collaboration with the tech team to resolve issues and improve the Brevo platform.

Qualifications

• French fluency required.
• Customer management experience focused on retention.
• Experience in Customer Success, Customer Service or Customer Support.
• Familiarity with email marketing is a plus.
• Able to thrive in a fun, relaxed office culture.
• SaaS experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage and resolve daily client tickets via email and phone promptly.
• Ensure that clients’ questions and problems are addressed properly and in a timely manner.
• Handle challenging customers and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Report, analyze and resolve system and operational issues affecting clients.
• Grow client relations and coordinate with tech team to identify bugs.
• Work independently to master emailing best practices and our platform tools.
• Develop understanding of email marketing technical aspects like DNS records and Brevo API.
