Shippeo, a leading European SaaS company transforming supply chain visibility, seeks a Customer Success Manager (German speaker) in Paris. You will be the primary face for 40+ Tier 3 accounts, driving adoption, retention and value realization while collaborating with Product, Customer Delivery, Sales and Marketing.

The role requires strong German and English communication, portfolio management skills, and a structured, evidence-based approach.

• Ability to manage 40+ accounts with clear health and value metrics.

Responsabilités

• Own your portfolio of 40+ accounts and monitor health, adoption, risks, and value realization.
• Protect retention and drive expansion with cross-functional support.
• Drive adoption and surface value through actionable recommendations.
• Execute scalable engagement playbooks: reviews, health checks, training, self-service.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, and Product to align outcomes.
