Questel seeks a dynamic Geman-speaking Business Development Representative to drive growth for the Patent Business Unit across the DACH region, focusing on law firms. You will identify prospects, engage senior stakeholders, and book meetings for the Sales team in a hybrid Paris setup.

Expect to build pipeline via Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo, maintain CRM hygiene, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to hit activity targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in BDR, inside sales or lead generation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Motivated by targets and able to work independently.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify and prospect new law firms across the DACH region.
• Build pipeline using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and other tools.
• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing.
• Achieve activity and pipeline KPIs.
