Europ Assistance seeks an AI Transformation Manager to turn strategy into measurable impact across the group. Reporting to the Global Head of AI & Automation, you will shape the AI business transformation program, align markets, and drive adoption with governance, KPIs and scalable initiatives.

You will partner with IT, Security, Legal, Risk and HR to embed AI into group processes, ensure ethical and compliant deployment, and report ROIs to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Strategy, Data, AI or Digital Transformation.
• Experience in consulting or insurance is a major plus.
• Solid understanding of enterprise AI use cases and deployment.
• Fluent English (C1)

Job Description To accelerate its AI & Digital Transformation, Europ Assistance is looking for an AI Transformation Manager who can turn strategy into concrete impact.Reporting to the Global Head of AI & Automation, you will shape, steer and scale the Group wide AI Business Transformation Program, ensuring AI becomes a real driver of productivity, growth and operational excellence across all markets.This is a role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands on execution, who enjoys turning high level ambitions into clear initiatives, governance processes, KPIs and real adoption. You will work closely with Business Units, Group Functions and technical teams to identify high impact opportunities, prioritize what matters most and ensure that AI is deployed ethically, securely and in compliance with our standards.You will act as a connector, orchestrator and catalyst, enabling countries and functions to adopt AI at scale while bringing visibility, alignment and discipline to our transformation roadmap.

Group-wide Governance & Steering

• Build the Framework: Establish and run effective governance that ensures alignment across international markets and clear decision-making for AI adoption
• Cross-functional Alignment: Coordinate with IT, Security, Legal, Risk, HR and Strategy to embed AI into broader Group processes seamlessly.

Opportunity Discovery & Business Case Mastery

• Identify & Size: Work with Business Units to run structured discovery on AI use cases and size their potential business value.
• Drive Results: Build strong business cases, define KPIs and help teams turn abstract ideas into actionable initiatives.
• Pilot to Scale: Support countries in moving from successful pilots to full-scale enterprise deployments, sharing reusable assets and best practices.

AI Compliance & Risk Management

• Define Standards: Establish and cascade solid processes and monitoring tools to ensure all AI development is compliant with EU regulations and internal Group guidelines.
• Global Monitoring: Continuously monitor the correct implementation of these safety, security and ethical standards across all international markets.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor Success: Track the adoption and value creation of flagship AI programs globally.
• Executive Visibility: Build dashboards and reports for senior management to communicate progress, ROI and key challenges clearly.

Cultural Transformation & Future-Proofing

• Build AI Culture: Promote success stories and share learnings to foster a strong internal AI community.
• Horizon Scanning: Monitor emerging AI trends and advise leadership on potential disruptions or strategic bets worth exploring.

Your Professional Toolkit

• Education : Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience : 5+ years in Strategy, Data, AI or Digital Transformation. Experience in consulting or insurance is a major plus.
• AI Literacy : Solid understanding of how enterprise AI use cases are shaped and deployed. Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, prompting and ability to liaise effectively with engineers.
• Tools : Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio is a strong plus.
