Job summary

Mistral is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to drive GenAI adoption and scale for enterprise clients. You will work as an individual contributor, guiding deployment, onboarding, and customer success across their infrastructure and product teams.

You will collaborate with product and science teams to tailor state-of-the-art AI solutions, while managing projects and stakeholder expectations. Travel 30–60% and client-site presence required.

Qualifications

• You hold a degree in a relevant scientific field.
• You’re experienced with deploying AI-based products in production.
• You’re fluent in Python and comfortable with containerization and cloud platforms.
• You have strong project & stakeholder management skills.
• You have been in a customer-facing role.
• You understand AI/ML/Data Science basics and how to connect technology to business value.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical discovery with Account Executives to understand client needs.
• Qualify opportunities where Mistral solutions fit and drive evaluations.
• Define a strategic customer vision based on their strategy and outcomes.
• Guide deployment of models/products into customer infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams, relay feedback and build custom features.
• Onboard customers and ensure production readiness from GPU stack to interfaces.
• Lead project governance across internal and customer teams to advance programs.
