Mistral.ai is seeking a highly capable individual contributor to lead the adoption and scaling of GenAI solutions for enterprise clients. You will guide deployments, customer onboarding, and product integration while traveling and spending time at client sites.

You will collaborate with product and science teams to tailor AI solutions, evaluate client needs, and deliver measurable business outcomes across industries. A strong foundation in AI/ML and cloud architectures is essential for success.

Qualifications

• You hold a degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering)
• Experience as a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer or Cloud Solution Architect
• Experience deploying AI-based products in production environments
• Fluent in Python
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on‑premise infrastructure
• Experience in a customer facing role
• Strong project & stakeholder management skills
• Foundational knowledge in AI/ML/Data science
• Ability to connect technology and business value
• Result driven and resilient
• Familiar with sales qualification concepts is a strong plus

Responsabilités

• Execute on effective technical discovery to understand potential clients' needs, challenges, and desired outcomes in collaboration with Account Executives
• Identify, qualify, and disqualify opportunities where Mistral solutions unlock value
• Influence evaluation criteria and gain control of evaluations and the evaluation process
• Create a strategic vision for the customer on the project based on strategy, outcomes, and capabilities
• Guide and support customers in deploying our models and products into their infrastructure
• Work closely with customers to deploy solutions according to their requirements
• Liaise with product and technical teams to relay feedback and suggest improvements
• Develop custom features for customers as needed
• Onboard customers with deployment and integration guidance
• Ensure best production setup from GPU stack to backend/frontend interfaces
• Define and track success metrics of POC deployments
• Coordinate internal teams and client-side teams to move projects forward
• Support pre-sales and deployment tasks to achieve shared goals
