You will work across production deployments, state-of-the-art GenAI applications, and collaborative projects with researchers and product engineers to ensure robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a technical individual contributor (data scientist or software engineer) on AI-based products.
• Proven experience implementing AI/ML products with APIs, back-end and front-end interfaces.
• Experience in Fine-Tuning LLMs, tackling advanced RAG or agentic use cases.
• Deep understanding of concepts and algorithms underlying machine learning and LLMs.
• Strong Python coding skills.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Deploy into production use cases with significant business impact across industries.
• Work on state-of-the-art GenAI applications with customers to drive transformation.
• Collaborate with researchers, AI engineers, and product engineers on complex projects including fine-tuning and LLM apps; contribute to open-source codebases.
• Participate in pre-sales calls to understand client needs and provide technical guidance on our products.
• Collaborate with product and science teams to improve model capabilities based on customer feedback.
