Job summary

Yubo, the social discovery app, is seeking a Growth Manager in Paris to drive user acquisition and multi-channel marketing across markets. You will work with Growth, Creative, Product, and Data teams to optimize campaigns, test creative ideas, and implement data-driven growth strategies for Gen Z users.

You’ll engage with programmatic advertising, creative testing, and ASO to boost retention and monetization while leveraging AI tools to automate optimization.

Qualifications

• 3 years of solid growth marketing or user acquisition experience for a B2C consumer app.
• Experience with US market or product marketing exposure.
• Experience scaling growth investment on major social platforms and reading results.
• Collaborating with creative teams to explain what works.

Responsibilities

• Get to know Yubo product, mission, and Growth team ways of working.
• Meet stakeholders across Growth, Creative, Product, and Data.
• Get onboarded on tools and marketing stack (Adjust, Amplitude, and more).
• Start learning how each acquisition channel currently operates.
