Yubo seeks a Senior Product Designer to partner with a Product Manager to shape end-to-end product experiences. You’ll influence growth, retention and monetization across a multi-million user product from discovery to delivery, with emphasis on scalable, mobile-first design.

You will work in Paris with a hybrid schedule, visiting the office up to two days per week. The role focuses on end-to-end journeys, data-informed decisions, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years designing digital products.
• Own projects from problem definition through launch.
• Balance product thinking with strong craft.
• Use data, research and user feedback to guide decisions.
• Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams.
• Adapt in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve.
• Design with the user at the center.

Responsabilités

• Lead product design projects from discovery through delivery and post-launch iteration.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers and cross-functional teams to solve meaningful user problems.
• Contribute to product strategy, experimentation, and roadmap discussions.
• Design mobile-first experiences across iOS and Android with usability, accessibility, and visual quality in mind.
• Translate user needs and business goals into thoughtful product experiences.
• Use analytics and feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create prototypes and test concepts to validate ideas quickly.
• Help evolve and maintain design system and ensure consistency across product.
• Advocate for high-quality user experiences while balancing delivery.
