Powerdot is seeking graduates for a multi-year program in operations, deployment and strategic roles across France and Portugal. You will rotate through three years, starting in France, leading teams and driving the expansion of our EV charging network.

Fluent French and English are essential, with willingness to relocate to Paris for two years and Portugal for one year. This role suits ambitious individuals eager to shape the future of sustainable mobility in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Graduates from top-tier business or engineering schools (Master’s level, Bac+5).
• Analytical and business-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, leadership potential, and results-driven approach.
• Fluent in French and English; willingness to relocate to Paris/Portugal.

Responsabilités

• Manage KPIs and drive operational excellence.
