Qwello in Paris invites an Operations Apprentice to support the team from Mâcon or other Saone et Loire locations, with hybrid work combining remote days and in‑office days in Paris. The role focuses on project management, maintenance, and process optimization for EV charging infrastructure.

You will assist in station design, site visits, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven reporting while developing practical skills in energy transition and operations excellence.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s-level engineering program in Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in engineering software tools (CAD suites, etc.), Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and data analysis platforms (Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.)
• Good understanding of energy transition, construction, electricity and maintenance
• Fluency in both French and English is a must
• Holder of a valid Category B driving license
• Organized, proactive, and hands‑on, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
• Available for a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with occasional in‑office days at our Paris office

Responsabilités

• Contribute to station design and conception
• Conduct site visits prior and during construction
• Assist PMs in managing relationships with external stakeholders (ENEDIS, inspection bodies, etc.)
• Support the PMs in subsidies requests and follow up with public entities
• Support the maintenance team with preventive and corrective maintenance for EV chargers
• Contribute to the commissioning of new EV stations
• Interact with maintenance companies to plan and track interventions
• Support the team with inventory management and tracking processes
• Support the operations team in the identification and standardisation of processes and workflows
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to refine actions and strategies
• Prepare a monthly operations report

In this role based in MÂCON or other Saone et Loire cities, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Operations initiatives in project management and maintenance activities. Supporting the operations team in daily tasks around project management and maintenance, process implementation and operations excellence. Let’s power the future together!

Project Management
