Powerdot Group is seeking a Business Development Associate to shape the future of mobility with their electric vehicle charging solutions. Located in Paris, the ideal candidate will bring experience in business development and a keen understanding of the fleet ecosystem.

Your role includes mapping markets, developing acquisition strategies, and managing fleet relationships all while promoting sustainable practices and innovative solutions. The company offers flexible working hours, health insurance, and team-building activities.

• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in business development or B2B sales.
• Deep understanding of the fleet ecosystem and electric mobility landscape.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.

How You’ll Shape Our Story:

• Strategy: map the professional fleet market; build and support sales presentations and messaging for professional fleets; contribute to the iterative improvement of Powerdot products for fleets by providing constructive and clear feedback.
• Business Development: develop acquisition strategies to attract new professional fleets to use Powerdot charging stations; prospect and sign new professional fleet clients.
• Account Management: manage relationships with signed professional fleets; drive fleet usage of Powerdot stations in order to increase energy consumption.

This Is About You, Not Us:

• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales, ideally in mobility, logistics, energy, or related sectors.
• Deep understanding of the fleet ecosystem and electric mobility landscape.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Fluency in French is required
• Capacity of representing the company in public
