Natixis NY Branch in Paris is seeking a Fund Operations professional to cover a 2-year parental leave replacement. You will join the AEW Fund Operations team and work on a major mandate with strong environmental ambitions, investing in core assets in France and Europe.

Based in Paris with the possibility to work from home, this role offers hybrid collaboration within a community of experts focused on excellence and impact.

Qualifications

• With a higher education, you have at least 1 year of experience in similar positions.
• You master: the management of real estate investment funds, financial accounting techniques, and financial modeling.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, you are rigorous and flexible, and you are recognized for your analytical skills.
• You master English with a C1 level.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the production of accounts and develop company business plans and reporting.
• Participate in the structuring of funds and the organization of financial flows.
• Oversee the social, legal, and fiscal life of the funds.
• Calculate and publish the quarterly NAV of the fund and manage investor communications.
