Natixis NY Branch in Paris is seeking a Fund Operations professional to cover a 2-year parental leave replacement. You will join the AEW Fund Operations team and work on a major mandate with strong environmental ambitions, investing in core assets in France and Europe.

Based in Paris with the possibility to work from home, this role offers hybrid collaboration within a community of experts focused on excellence and impact.

Qualifications

• With a higher education, you have at least 1 year of experience in similar positions.
• You master: the management of real estate investment funds, financial accounting techniques, and financial modeling.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, you are rigorous and flexible, and you are recognized for your analytical skills.
• You master English with a C1 level.

Responsabilités

Job Description

As part of a replacement for parental leave, you will join the AEW Fund Operations team for a contract duration of 2 years. You are working on a major mandate with strong environmental ambitions, investing in core assets in France and Europe. The fund controller works under the supervision of the fund financial manager.in close collaboration with the fund management teams.

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

• Coordinate the production of accounts and develop company business plans as well as reporting;
• Participate in the structuring of funds and the organization of financial flows;
• Oversee the social, legal, and fiscal life of the funds;
• Calculate and publish the quarterly net asset value (NAV) of the fund and manage financial communications with investors.
