AEW invites a BAC+4/5 student to join the Fund Management Funds, SA & CD team as an Intern Analyst Real Estate Investment Fund for a 6-month internship starting January 2026. • As a BAC+4/5 level student, you are pursuing a Finance/Real Estate degree.
• You have excellent writing skills and strong MS Office proficiency.
• You show autonomy, adaptability and proactivity, with good interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in defining and implementing real estate strategies with clients.
• Prepare investor meetings with data analyses and forecasting.
• Contribute to client letters and reports.
• Collaborate on acquisitions monitoring and due diligence.
• Assist asset management with disposal strategies and operations.
• Produce performance reports and market analyses for funds.
• Support responses to calls for tenders and fund launches.
• Prepare pitches and due diligence Q&A with legal docs.
