Tsukumo, a growth-focused studio, seeks a go-to-market sales leader who combines technical understanding with honest, no-hype storytelling. You will own the consulting pipeline from CTO conversations to signed engagements, sourcing, discovery, positioning and closing.

You’ll sell to technical buyers, understand AI and how dev teams work, and operate consultatively with no reliance on a large corporate machine, owning the number and the craft.

• You can own a number and a sales cycle without a big corporate machine behind you.

Responsabilités

• Source and qualify CTO buyers at startups and scale-ups and run discovery to uncover real pain and budget.
• Turn the free readiness check and paid assessment into scoped engagements.
• Sell consultatively to engineers and earn trust by understanding the work, not by pitching over it.
• Qualify out the wrong fit quickly while closing the right engagements.
