Job summary

Devoteam Digital Impulse is recruiting its future Manager for the Tech Strat practice, the historic core of the firm, organized around three complementary domains: Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Advisory, and IT Operating Model. You will advise C-levels across domains and lead missions end-to-end with Group experts.

You will build tomorrow's offerings on the CIO Advisory x AI axis, manage accounts within sector clusters, grow hybrid teams of consultants and AI agents, and prototype

Qualifications

• Master's degree; 6–10 years in IT transformation consulting; fluent English and French; proven team management.

Responsibilities

• Advise C-levels on one of three domains (Enterprise Architecture, Cloud foundations/AI, IT Operating Model in the AI era).
• Lead missions end-to-end, co-delivering with Group experts and AI Transformation practice.
• Develop CIO advisory offerings and drive pre-sales and business development in sector clusters.
• Grow and lead hybrid teams of consultants, Forward Deployed Engineers, and AI agents.
• Prototype recommendations using AI tools and deliver production-ready outputs.

Devoteam Digital Impulse is recruiting its future Manager for the Tech Strat practice, the historic core of the firm, organized around three complementary domains: Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Advisory, and IT Operating Model.

Your Mandate

• Advise C-levels on one of our three domains: Enterprise Architecture and IS Strategy (Continuous Architecture, architecture in the AI era, IS strategy), Cloud foundations and AI infrastructure (hybridization strategy, sovereignty, Cloud and AI cost management), or IT Operating Model in the AI era (design and implementation of the CIO operating model, economic performance).
• Bring your convictions to the Executive Committee and lead your missions end-to-end, co-delivering with Group experts and our AI Transformation practice.
• Build tomorrow's offerings on the CIO Advisory x AI axis. The assets you create can become Group products, and your contribution is recognized in your evaluation.
• Develop your accounts within a sector cluster (Financial Services, Aerospace & Defense, Utilities & Transport), with a written mandate covering offerings, pre-sales, and business development: farming, new clients, and handling requests for proposals independently.
• Grow and Lead hybrid teams of consultants, Forward Deployed Engineers and AI agents, and spread AI-augmented consulting practices among them.
• Build, don’t just advise: prototype your recommendations yourself with AI tools (agents, low-code, AI-assisted coding) a working architecture assessment, a live cost model, an operating model simulator and frame the work our Forward Deployed Engineers take to production.
• A practice of 50 to 60 people, backed by the firm's other practices and an international group: your impact is visible and your voice counts.
• Offerings co-constructed with a CIO committee from major groups, guiding our AI offerings portfolio.
• Innovative deals, up to performance commitments, delivering strong impact for our clients.
• Consulting that goes all the way to production: you prototype, our Forward Deployed Engineers industrialize from first demo in days to production in weeks.
• Daily access to AI leaders' tools, thanks to our partnerships with AWS, Google, Microsoft, Mistral AI, and Anthropic.
• A certifying pathway towards the most sought-after AI roles (AI Strategy Consultant, AI Architect).

Profile We Are Looking For

• Master's degree / Bac+5 (top engineering school, business school, or university equivalent).
• 6 to 10 years of experience in IT transformation consulting.
• You have recognized expertise in one of our three domains and a desire to explore the others.
• You are looking for business impact at C-Level within the IT transformation you are leading
• You have proven successful team management experience.
• You do not talk about AI, you build with AI (ie. you have already delivered a working tool, agent or automation that is actually used). No software engineering background required we’re looking for consultants who build, not developers.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French
