Jobtailor is seeking a senior consultant to lead client engagements end-to-end from issue framing to delivery. You will be the client’s main contact, translating needs into actionable strategies and shaping the engagement team accordingly.

You will build lasting relationships, guide complex projects, and contribute to account development by proposing structured, high-impact solutions that elevate client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7 to 8 years of consulting experience.
• Fluent in French and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Track record of complex end-to-end engagements.
• Ability to develop and lead teams with rigor and sound judgment.

Responsabilités

• Own engagements end-to-end from problem structuring to delivery.
• Be the client's primary point of contact and translate needs into actionable plans.
• Structure teams, guide analysis, and drive recommendations.
