25hours Hotels seeks a Front-Office Supervisor (m/f/d) to oversee reception shifts, supervise staff, and ensure smooth operations at the Terminus Nord location in Paris. You will delight guests with personalized touches and proactive service, turning stays into lively experiences.

You bring hospitality training and at least four years at the front desk, fluent in French and English, and a good knowledge of Paris.

Qualifications

• Hospitality training completed and front desk experience preferred.
• Fluency in French and English demonstrated to guests.
• Paris knowledge and ability to share local tips with guests.

Front-Office Supervisor (m/f/d)

Job Description

• You’ll be responsible for ensuring that reception shifts run smoothly and for managing the cash register.
• You’ll assist and supervise the receptionists and ensure that reception procedures are properly followed.
• Thanks to you, our guests aren’t just satisfied—they’ll be excited to explore the hotel and have fun with us.
• You love surprising guests and personalizing their stay by adding your own special touch.
• Always positive, you have a knack for handling guest complaints by offering tailored solutions.
• You stay calm—even when all the guests arrive at once to check in.

Qualifications

• You have completed hospitality training and already have 4 years of professional experience in the front desk.
• You are fluent in French and English and demonstrate this to our guests from around the world.
