The 25hours Hotel Terminus Nord in Paris is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our building's technical systems running smoothly and reliably.

You will repair and maintain equipment, coordinate upkeep with the Technical Director, and ensure a safe, efficient workplace for colleagues and guests. This role values hands-on problem solving, independence, and a proactive mindset, with opportunities for growth and internal training.

Qualifications

• Technical training completed with varied professional experience.
• Certifications such as CACES and electrical certification.
• Ability to interact with guests and work independently.
• Interest in electrical and plumbing systems and seeking hands-on maintenance work.
• Commitment to service, discretion, and attention to detail.

• You’ll ensure that all of the building’s equipment is always in working order and, if it isn’t, that it’s quickly repaired.
• You’ll coordinate the upkeep and maintenance of all technical systems and verify that everything is working to enhance the venue.
• Working with the Technical Director, you’ll ensure that our staff has a safe workplaceAs a qualified technician, you’ll keep the big picture in mind, even if the heating and Wi‑Fi go down at the same time
