25hours Hotels Terminus Nord in Paris is seeking a Maintenance Technician (m/f/d) for the technical department. You’ll ensure that the building’s equipment stays in top condition and coordinate upkeep with the Technical Director to keep systems running smoothly.

You’ll repair issues quickly, maintain a safe workplace, and contribute to a seamless guest experience by preventing outages while supporting a diverse, service-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Technical training completed with varied professional experiences.
• Certifications such as CACES and electrical certification.
• Enjoy interacting with guests and can work independently on electrical/plumbing systems.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all building equipment is in working order and repaired quickly.

• You’ll ensure that all of the building’s equipment is always in working order and, if it isn’t, that it’s quickly repaired.
• You’ll coordinate the upkeep and maintenance of all technical systems and verify that everything is working to enhance the venue.
• Working with the Technical Director, you’ll ensure that our staff has a safe workplaceAs a qualified technician, you’ll keep the big picture in mind, even if the heating and Wi‑Fi go down at the same time
