25hours Hotel at MuseumsQuartier in France seeks a Front Office Host with a passion for hospitality and guest service. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, and assist with inquiries, while collaborating with Housekeeping, Reservations, and F&B teams to ensure seamless stays.

You should enjoy hosting, be open-minded and team-oriented, and flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays. A hospitality background or first experiences are welcome, with internal development opportunities

Qualifications

• You genuinely enjoy working with people and being a host.
• You stay friendly and solution-oriented even when things get hectic.
• Ideally, you have vocational training in hospitality or some experience.

Responsabilités

• Check guests in and out and ensure a high-quality start and end to stays.
• Be the go-to person for questions, requests, and recommendations.
• Know Vienna or be excited to discover it and share local spots with guests.
• Handle reservations, invoices, payments and administrative front office tasks.
• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, F&B and other hotel teams.
• Stay calm during busy times and focus on finding solutions.
• Help maintain standards without making service feel standardised.
• Bring your personality into every guest interaction to create memorable stays.

Job Description

How does your working day look like ...

• You check guests in and out and make sure their stay starts and ends on a high note.
• You’re the go-to person for questions, requests, recommendations and the occasional hotel challenge.
• You know Vienna – or you’re excited to discover it – and love sharing your favourite spots with our guests.
• You take care of reservations, invoices, payments and all the organisational bits and pieces that come with Front Office life.
• You work closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, F&B and all the other teams around the hotel.
• You keep a clear head when things get busy and focus on finding solutions.
• You help us maintain our standards without ever making our service feel standardised.
• Most importantly, you bring your own personality into every guest interaction and help create memorable stays.

The gross monthly salary is € 2.263.Depending on your qualifications and experience, an above-market salary is possible.
