Ennismore is seeking a Maintenance Technician (f/m/d) for 25hours Hotel Terminus Nord in Paris. You will ensure all building equipment stays in top condition, carry out quick repairs, and support a safe, well‑functioning hotel environment alongside our Technical Department.

You will work independently on electrical and plumbing systems, interact with guests, and contribute to a service‑oriented hotel culture characterized by teamwork and mutual respect.

Qualifications

• Completed technical training and gained a variety of professional experience.
• Certifications such as CACES, electrical qualifications, and other relevant technical certifications.
• Enjoys working behind the scenes and also interacting with guests.
• Able to work independently and have an interest in electrical systems and plumbing.
• Brings technical skills and personality to this role.
• Strong sense of service, discretion, and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Ensuring that all building equipment is always in perfect working order and carrying out quick repairs whenever needed.
• Coordinating the upkeep and maintenance of all technical systems and checking that everything functions properly to enhance the quality of our property.
• Working closely with the Technical Manager to ensure that our employees have a safe and secure working environment.
• Keeping a clear overview as a skilled technician—even if the heating and Wi‑Fi fail at the same time.
