25hours Hotels Terminus Nord in Paris is seeking a Shift Leader (m/f/d) to oversee reception shifts, supervise the front desk staff, and ensure smooth cash register operations during busy periods.

Fluency in French and English is required; hospitality training and 4 years of front desk experience are expected. You will motivate the team and help guests enjoy a warm, personalized stay in a multicultural hotel environment.

Job Description

• You’ll be responsible for ensuring that reception shifts run smoothly and for managing the cash register.
• You’ll assist and supervise the receptionists and ensure that reception procedures are properly followed.

• You love surprising guests and personalizing their stay by adding your own special touch.

Qualifications

• You have completed hospitality training and already have 4 years of professional experience in the front desk.
• You are fluent in French and English and demonstrate this to our guests from around the world.
