Job summary

Munters is seeking a French-speaking Technical Sales Engineer to drive growth in the French market. You will work alongside the Sales Manager to develop opportunities, manage relationships, and deliver tailored technical and commercial solutions for industrial emission control.

The role requires a technical engineering background, 5–7 years in technical sales or business development, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
Experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or business development (5–7 years).
Experience in industrial emission control or environmental technologies is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
Fluency in French and English; Italian knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Implement sales strategies to grow revenue and profitability in the French market.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within France.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, partners, and sales agents.
Provide tailored technical and commercial solutions and develop accurate proposals with the Sales Application team.
Coordinate and motivate external sales agents to achieve targets and monitor KPIs.
Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with customers and represent Munters at meetings and events.
