Job summary

Munters Corporation is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to drive growth in the French market, with flexibility to operate from France or Italy and travel regularly within France. You will collaborate with the Sales Manager and agents to develop opportunities, tailor technical and commercial proposals, and manage complex sales cycles.

The role requires 5–7 years in technical sales, fluent French and English, and a background in engineering or related technical fields.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering or business development.
Experience with industrial equipment, environmental technologies, or related sectors is highly desirable.
Knowledge of RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) systems is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement sales strategies to support revenue growth and profitability.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the French market.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, partners, and sales agents.
Collaborate with the Sales Application team to develop accurate and competitive proposals.
Coordinate and motivate external sales agents to achieve targets.
Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with customers.
Represent Munters at meetings, industry events, and networking activities.
Monitor market trends and competitive activities to support growth.
