Indie Campers is seeking an on-site City Lead to manage a small depot with hands-on oversight of daily operations, customer service, and fleet readiness. You will coordinate check-ins/outs, maintain accurate documentation, and drive efficient, cost-conscious practices while steering a small team in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes KPI tracking, SOP adherence, and the ability to adapt to peak periods, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth within a global mobility company.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in fast-paced operations, logistics, rental, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
• Driving Licence (Category B) required.
• English proficiency mandatory; French is a plus.
• Ability to lift/move light–moderate items and work in varied conditions.

Responsabilités

• Execute and coordinate all rental workflows (check-in/out, docs, system updates) and ensure fleet readiness.
• Track daily KPIs and maintain accurate fleet status in systems.
• Promote ancillary products through value-based selling.
• Conduct basic RV/van checks (battery, water, gas, lights, tyres).
• Escalate complex issues to regional servicing teams when needed.
• Coordinate daily shifts and onboarding tasks for a small team.
• Prepare and present vehicles for sales appointments.
