You will be the consultant our French-speaking clients rely on, handling multiple concurrent projects with defensible views on sensitive pay findings for senior audiences.

Join a team that advises on the EU Pay Transparency Directive, guides workshops, and configures PaySuite and PayAnalytics.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mid-level experience in client-facing consulting or professional services.
• Fluent in French and English; French fluency essential.
• Working knowledge of HR business processes or HR IT systems.
• Ability turning data analysis into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
• Strong project management with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Be the primary contact for a portfolio of clients.
• Advise on the EU Pay Transparency Directive and translate it into platform processes.
• Onboard and guide clients on PayAnalytics by beqom.
• Run pay gap analyses and present defensible insights to stakeholders.
• Support remediation plan design and tracking.
• Guide workshops to map compensation processes and target state.
• Configure PaySuite and lead testing, UAT, and training.
• Define HR data requirements across both products.
• Coordinate concurrent projects with timelines and stakeholders.
