Besthire is hiring French-speaking Customer Service Advisors who are open to relocating to Lisbon, Portugal for a tech role. You will assist users of a major digital platform with account and product support in a hybrid work model.

You will answer questions by phone, email and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and escalate complex cases to the right team. Full training and ongoing coaching are provided, with clear career progression and relocation support for candidates moving

Qualifications

• Strong French communication skills.
• Confident in English for day-to-day work.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
