Besthire is hiring a Customer Support Specialist for a multilingual services account based in Lisbon, Portugal. The role is on-site, with relocation support for candidates moving from abroad.

You will handle inbound queries across phone, chat, and email, log interactions in the system, and pass complex issues to a specialist when appropriate. French language proficiency and comfortable daily use of English are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French; comfortable working in English.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
