FH Collective Academy is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for the Italian/French market to work on-site in Lisbon. You will assist customers via phone, email and chat, help with product use, troubleshooting and warranty queries, and collaborate with internal teams on complex cases.

Ideal candidates have fluent French (C1-C2) and good English (B2+), strong communication and empathy skills, and a willingness to relocate. A welcoming relocation package and health insurance accompany this role.
