Job summary

Qonto in Paris is looking for a Customer Care Manager to help French solo entrepreneurs get the most from Qonto's brand-new accounting offer. You'll own their day-to-day questions in Zendesk, under the guidance of Janita, Lead Customer Service, on a scope you'll shape from day one.

You will own the ticket queue, bridge with our accountants, build the playbook from scratch, and feed insights back to Product to address recurring issues.

Qualifications

• You learn complex topics quickly and autonomously.
• Native or near-native French fluency, written and spoken.
• Able to juggle email, chat, and calls without missing details.
• Prioritise the customer's needs and deliver thoughtful responses.
• Willing to experiment with AI tools to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the ticket queue: answer questions by email and chat, with phone when needed.
• Bridge with accountants to free them for core accounting work.
• Build the playbook: FAQs, macros, and improved workflows for a brand-new scope.
• Flag recurring issues and provide insights to Product to fix root causes.
