Job summary

Qonto in Paris is seeking an Account Executive to build and own a pipeline with accounting firms across France, closing deals end to end under Adrien Cannet’s guidance.

The role requires outbound sales experience, a proven track record of managing full-cycle deals, and fluency in French and English. You will leverage AI tools to sharpen outreach and accelerate qualification, while shaping a growing accountant channel.

Qualifications

• Outbound experience: At least one year of full-time sales experience (CDI), with a track record of building your own pipeline.
• You’ve closed a full cycle yourself: You’ve owned at least one deal end to end, from first call to signature.
• You are fluent in French and English: Both are mandatory, with a minimum of C2 in French and C1+ in English.
• You don’t quit: You keep working quiet accounts without losing energy or tact.
• You’re AI-fluent: You use AI tools naturally to sharpen outreach, prep and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build your own pipeline by sourcing and prospecting accounting firms across France with no inbound to lean on.
• Own the whole sales process end to end: qualify, understand each firm's operations, and close.
• Turn firms into referral partners: accountants recommending Qonto to their client base.
• Use AI to work smarter: lean on AI tools to prep calls, personalise outreach and speed up qualification.
