Qonto is hiring an Account Executive for the accountant channel in France. You will build your own pipeline of accounting firms and manage the full sales cycle from outreach through signing the contract.

You’ll work with Adrien Cannet and the accountant channel team, using AI tools to tailor outreach, accelerate qualification, and develop influential partnerships with CPA firms. This role emphasizes impact, autonomy, and professional growth within a fast-growing fintech culture.

Qualifications

• Outbound experience: at least 1 year of full-time sales experience with a track record of building your own pipeline.
• Closed a full sales cycle end-to-end, from first call to signature.
• Fluent in French and English (French C2, English C1+).
• You don’t quit: you keep working quiet accounts with energy and tact.
• AI-fluent: use AI tools to sharpen outreach, prep and follow-up.

Responsabilités

• Build your own pipeline of accounting firms across France with no inbound leads.
• Own the full sales process end-to-end: qualify, understand firm needs, close deals.
• Turn firms into referral partners for Qonto through relationships and trust.
• Use AI tools to prep calls, personalise outreach and accelerate qualification.
