Qonto is hiring a Customer Care & Onboarding Analyst (Dutch market) to help freelancers and SMEs open their accounts and start using Qonto. You will answer questions by email and phone and shape how we launch in the Netherlands under the guidance of Francesca, our Team Leader, who leads the Dutch onboarding team.

Qualificações

• Dutch and English: You communicate clearly, in writing and by phone, in native or near-native Dutch and fluent English.
• First hands-on experience: You've handled customer questions or challenges in support, even for just a year.
• Customer empathy: You listen first and adapt how you speak to each customer.
• Organised and detail-minded: You juggle several requests a day and still hit your daily goals.
• AI curiosity: You enjoy trying AI tools to work faster and smarter.

Responsabilidades

• Be the voice of Qonto for Dutch customers: You'll give quick, sharp support by email and phone.
• Guide customers through account opening: You'll make onboarding smooth, from first question to a fully set-up account.
• Turn customer feedback into improvements: You'll share what you hear with the Ops and Product teams to keep the WOW effect alive.
• Build better ways of working: You'll update FAQs, dashboards and macros, using AI tools wherever they save time.
• Own what you spot: You'll flag anomalies, test new ways of solving problems and keep your colleagues in the loop.
