WW Talents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Advisor to join an international team in Portugal. You will provide high-quality support across phone, email, and chat, delivering a superior customer experience while working in a multicultural environment.

Relocation assistance and housing options are provided to eligible candidates. The role involves documenting interactions in internal systems, meeting performance targets, and collaborating with teammates to ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (spoken and written) is required.

• Total Gross Cash Compensation: €1,240.67 per month
• Base Salary: €931.43
• Holiday Allowance: €77.62

With Company Accommodation

• Total Gross Cash Compensation: €€1,040.66 per month
• Base Salary: €760.00
• Company Accommodation Benefit: €200.00

Accommodation is available for international candidates living more than 100 km from Lisbon.

Working Schedule

• Full‑time position (40 hours per week).
• Two days off per week (not necessarily consecutive).
• Rotational schedule based on business needs.
