Cbtalents in Athens is seeking a French-speaking Agent to help moderate content, support customers, and contribute to AI safety efforts for millions of users worldwide.

You will review user content, investigate reports of abuse or policy breaches, provide chat, email and outbound call support, and collaborate with Trust & Safety teams to improve policy and AI systems. Fluency in French (C1–C2) and English (B2) plus EU work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• C1–C2 level French required.
• English at B2 level; higher proficiency may be needed for specialized workflows.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer support, content moderation, BPO, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with online culture, social media platforms, and internet trends.
• Valid work permit in Greece or EU citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and client policies.
• Investigate and take action on reports related to abuse, harassment, intellectual property violations, and other policy breaches.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls for account, payment, and platform-related inquiries.
• Help improve the safety and reliability of AI systems by reviewing and classifying content, including sensitive or complex scenarios.
• Create high-quality data and prompts to evaluate AI system performance.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety teams to investigate complex cases and contribute to policy improvements.
• Handle sensitive content with professionalism, objectivity, and attention to detail.
