London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a French-speaking Account Manager for a Direct role in Paris. You will manage a portfolio of clients with focus on retention, revenue growth and satisfaction, coordinating with Customer Training, Sales Specialists, CRM centres, admin and local technical support.

Role requires strong relationship-building, product demonstrations, and proactive problem solving, with a Senior Associate career track in a global financial markets environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance or related field.
• CFA or CAIA certification would be advantageous.
• Fluent English and native French language required.

Responsabilités

• Interact with customers to retain and grow the business.
• Demonstrate LSEG products to customers online.
• Troubleshoot problems with internal support/product/admin groups.
• Record contact history in Siebel, Salesforce, etc. to aid retention and sales.
• Set correct customer expectations and elicit feedback to improve processes.
• Manage escalated problems in area of specialization.
